Arsenal Uniform tab momentary freeze or CTD #10043

Mods (complete and add to the following information):

Description: Note: this cannot be reproduced without a large number of mods. When clicking on the uniform tab of the arsenal, a noticeable delay will occur compared to the other tabs even if there are less uniforms than other items to choose from. in my case i am running 621 mods (many of them very large like cherish AIO) and instead the game crashes after an extended period of time while i am waiting for the uniforms to load but it never finishes because of the crash. I tested this with just vanilla arsenal, and no crash from uniforms. obviously ace arsenal is much more efficient at loading tons of mods so vanilla is too slow for my needs. i also tested without ace3 extended arsenal just to see if that was it too but still crashed.

Steps to reproduce: load a ton of mods and try to use the uniform tab of ace arsenal.

Expected behavior: prior to update 3.17.1 before may 15, i was able to access the arsenal no problem even with more than all 621 mods loaded, including extended arsenal.

Where did the issue occur? irrelevant (happens in all cases)

Add a modlist that does this.

Preset ACE Crash.txt just tested it and it did it again

Does this only happen with uniforms specifically, or is that just the tab with the most items you have?

Upload RPT from a session with a crash here, send BI the dmp files if they are created (they'll be in the same folder as RPT), in their feedback tracker. Mods shouldn't be able to crash the game.
