Changing CREDITS #102

This PR is a jumble. It addresses all the issues of my last PR

added a link to the PDF under the gear icon on every page of the web book
updated the photo credit in the PDF
refined the language for submitting feedback to be platform agnostic (I think)
changed the name of one PDF figure to remove "_" in the filename because that was crashing my local PDF builds
update the README to be more helpful and relevant to previewing PDFs and HTML locally.

plus

a total reformat of the citation and credits
removing all of the welcome from the PDF.
