We are diving into the FTP access to the meter and have run into a fun problem. What is the FTP USERNAME / PASS.
In theory, I thought it would be the default acc/otter combo, but that isn't working for a few possible reasons:
I am confused about the alignment between the telnet user/password commands and how that correlates to the FTP user/passwords on the SEL meters.
We might have changed the default password as part of the TEAMS setup when enabling FTP access.
You are our official "account holder/interface" for SEL support, so I wonder if you'd facilitate us asking them this question. Can we ask SEL for help on this? I am forgetting the name of our support partner for the TEAMS debugging .. but he might be able just to say, "Ohh yeah, it is x/y, or you set that in TEAMS by doing X/Y," so perhaps loop in / create a new thread with our TEAMS support.
