Separate Zip files from working files #114

Moved the code to zip event files to its own script to clean up download.sh. When the events are validated the zip script is called and the event is zipped to a separate location from the working files.

Zip Files:

/kea/events/level0/[DATE]/[meter_id]/[event_id].zip

Working FIles:

/kea/events/working/[DATE]/[meter_id]/[event_id]/
