Simplify Metadata file format

Metadata file format that's included in the zip file has a lot of duplicated information that could be simplified by moving it up one level.

Also change the keys to be underscored instead of camel case
The checksum value in the metadata file should also be named for the type of checksum that it's using, for example MD5
