I cleaned up some code and broke it up in different scripts and functions. Hopefully, making it easier to read. I added logic to download a missing file from a dir if the directory isn't full. Then it checks which files are missing based on what we expect SHOULD be in the dir. (Not sure if this code is even needed or relevant) We could just redownload the 5 files. It's there if needed at least.
