docs: add about us page #60

I added an "about us" page to the documentation. It is located in the bottom of the sidebar:

Furthermore, I added a make clean command to the sphinx makefile (and the windows equivalent) that removes the /docs folder and the /docsrc/_build folder to allow for re-rendering the docs from scratch.
