merging divergent UIs from set2bids and eeg2bids
maybe 1 week for an expert
design discussion : June 14

what needs to be done, june 14:

add Detection of format (just check the extension of the file, and/or Ask format)
add Back-end support for both edf/set

There seem to be no additions to the GUI from EEG2BIDS to set2bids, from discussion June 14
