(split these off from my major bug ticket) Minor errors but still should be fixed

[ ] whenever you go to select a file/folder, you're booted back to the login tab.
[x] warning message Powerline frequency not selected when it was selected

I'm not able to reproduce -> whenever you go to select a file/folder, you're booted back to the login tab. Any guidance on how to replicate?

Hmmm, i can't reproduce the folder thing now but it definitely happened at least twice this morning.
If it doesn't happen on the new .exe coming tonight I'll close this issue given:

is the powerline frequency bug addressed @laemtl
