Test plan:

[ ] Test that -profile argument is required.
[ ] Test that tarchives missing on the filesystem are reported in the log file.
[ ] Test that duplicate archives are deleted from the filesystem.
[ ] Test that if no duplicates exist, the filesystem is not altered.
