defacing failure due to register_processed_data.pl #1096

When running defacing script, get the following error when calling the register_processed_data.pl script:

Argument to -inputFileIDs cannot contain the source file ID (440). Aborting.
Argument "8Exiting now\n\n" isn't numeric in right bitshift (>>) at run_defacing_script.pl line 682.
Argument "\nAn error occurred when running register_processed_data..." isn't numeric in right bitshift (>>) at run_defacing_script.pl line 682.
