Create small datasets that can be used to test pipelines.

Ideas for dataset:

• [ ] create a couple of dataset with only a T1W and a PatientName matching a candidate/session in the DB
  • [ ] have one already inserted in the tarchive table for dcm2bids testing (require a RB LORIS PR with the change)
  • [ ] have one that will be in incoming and could be used for full testing
• [ ] create a dataset with T1W, BOLD and FMAP to test out the fieldmap creation
  • [ ] have one already inserted in the tarchive table for dcm2bids testing (require a RB LORIS PR with the change)

• [ ] identify a dataset already in RB that is small for dicom_archive_validation.py testing? In case there is one already available
