Fix handling of options provided to the push to S3 script

Description

This fixes the handling of options provided to the script run_push_imaging_files_to_s3_pipeline.py. The fixes include:

• when no Upload ID is provided to the script, return a message that --upload_id is a required option
• when an Upload ID that does not exist in the database is provided to the script, return a message that the Upload ID does not exist
• remove from the help documentation the -t option as it is not a valid option for this script
