Having trouble running with QSUB. apparently QSUB isn't available on Ubuntu 22 (testing VM) https://redmine.cbrain.mcgill.ca/issues/20698. i tried running with slurm (https://www.mankier.com/1/qsub) anyways but the flags/options are a little different so I got an error

Fascinating. Wonder why QSUB is not available for Ubuntu 22... Is it because Ubuntu 22 is a version that is too recent?

im not sure, from my quick research, its true that nothing comes up for qsub on ubuntu22. i've followed up with john to see what our options are. he might be able to install with a binary instead of installing with a package installer
