[Instrument List] Date in MRI parameter form does not display once complete #4837

In the Instrument list's MRI Parameter the field Date of Administration does not display the date once the data entry option is set to complete. The date should be shown just like the examiner name - Brad Pitt. Screenshot from 2019-06-11 13-03-00
