Create link to DQT for any search result #5151

Any LORIS page that features a menu filter should have a link to the DQT. More specifically, this link would take you to the DQT right away, with a pre-populated filter and result format. This would allow easy cross-reference with other data, easy export, etc...

As of 2024SEP17, I believe this can still be an interesting new feature.
