[EEG] add download size in the Electrophysiology Browser #7812

specifically on downloads with signal files, print the data package size (could be on metadata table, could be on download button(s). This is partly because it's very difficult to get downloads >1GB working well and reliably.

I think this is still relevant, should be handled elegantly.
