Handle standardized Coordinates to enable Montage visualization (like region/hemi filters)

Hopefully we can merge / cut down this issue once @regisoc @laemtl answer this comment about coordinates, per Feb.11 meeting

• [ ] Recognize coordinate files / map to 1010 and 10-5 electrode standards and also the 305 naming convention (@oldgandalf please add link here)

(because datasets typically already come labelled according to one of these standards.)

Then:

• [ ] prerequisite development: order/subselect display of channels based on labels (current default is to file order)

• related to EKG channel pinning function that Laetitia is working on

then to take advantage:

• [ ] basic front-end change : add filter (buttons/select) to filter hemi/region?
• [ ] advanced feature: user can click on electrode map to select which signals should display in signal plot

further step:

• [ ] bipolar montages - this is already in another card, maybe merge those cards

this could be something for EEGNet once a second developer is hired, or HBCD down the road, or another project...

This is still a pending request for the EEG roadmap. Not overlap with what Jefferson will be contributing from EEGNet, so it shouldn't be closed until someone works on these, probably for 28?
