brain mask issue (Reported by Biospective Team) #328

Issue: The issue is with the color map for the brain mask, i.e. the mask "disappear" if I put a scale other than grayscale. In other words the brain mask is not visible at all when using a color map other than gray or spectral

Note: The Minc files and brain masks with T1 in stx space for the binary brain mask bug issues are emailed separately.
