For TICA and GICA, we should ascertain that the temporal dimension of all files is the same (i.e. fslnvols). If that is not the case, then user should be allowed to remove files violating this condition by ticking them off from the web-enables file-list.
In case fslnvols is the same, but TR is different, then user should be given a warning, but be allowed to continue analysis with a 'virtual' TR (TR does not impact group ICAs).
MELODIC input files should include at least one set of anatomical and one set of 4D fMRI data. The 4D fMRI data should have a dimension of (fslnvols - ndelete)> 20. Otherwise, the CBRAIN task should not proceed, and the user should get a red-flag warning.
