UX: Add project info tab to project page #1288

Just noticed there is no obvious way to access the project info box (through which you can invite members) when you are already on a project page. Requires one to go back to the project menu, hover over project, and click "edit".

The link to project info is PhysIO_test_data on your snapshot. We thought underscoring it would be clear enough. Sorry if indeed not obvious
