Improvement to User Experience: Please provide a "make a file list" warning #1337

To run tools that rely on multi-modal neuroimaging data, and use the Boutique-generated GUI, require a file-list to pass to the task launched. If this is the case, it is helpful if the user receives a pop-up warning to alert them that they need to create a file-list before launching the tool. This is particularly useful for the traditional users of the CBRAIN who are used to running pipelines like CIVET or Freesurfer on single modality MRIs.

Hi, Naj are there example of already integrated tools that require lists as input? Or is it something you plan to integrate?

Naj, to be sure, are you talking about tools that require lists or those that accept both individual files and lists?
