Stats are kept in the Portal object's meta data, right now it's a mess of a hash. Store agent information under a key 'Agents', so that 'StatusCodes' and 'GlobalCount' are outside. Modify view code.

Add separate counts for action performed by

non logged-in users
admin users
normal users

Add the counts to the NOC daily.
