Update testimonial-action.tsx to include a new ViewTestimonialModal component and an Edit button with a toast message for the edit feature
Update testimonials.ts to rename the 'data' property to 'testimonials' in the IHandleGetTestimonialServiceResponse type and resolve the data in handleGetAllTestimonialService function
