Links in Setting Up and Getting Started Are Outdated #17

Links within Setting Up and Getting Started refer to AB3, although the website still claims TACH.

This part should be removed since it is outdated, but it is pretty much just a cosmetic issue.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Low]

Reason for disagreement: The definition of VeryLow given in the PE guide indicates: Screenshot 2022-04-20 at 12.44.57 PM.png

However, since the links are outdated, they lead to a totally different website that is unrelated to TACH. For example, the Adding A Command link leads to this webpage: https://ay2122s2-cs2103t-w15-3.github.io/tp/tutorials/AddRemark.html

These commands are totally unrelated to TACH, hence this is why I qualified them as outdated.

I believe that this bug can still cause minor inconvenience to the user should they come across it.
