We should have a "Donate" button allows people to donate, maybe by PayPal, and contact info for Cody if people want to send in a check.
Not sure how this would fit--one idea is to consolidate fall/regs/nats into "Tournaments," although I hate the idea of adding an extra click if we can't do dropdowns.
