Remove redundant Control.Applicative #9

So the travis is screaming, this probably isn't worth the trouble then. I'm building nbt with GHC 7.10.2 and I was getting redundancy warnings for the inclusion of Control.Applicative. It's removal cleared stuff up for me. It's just two lines, so...

Thanks for this! I'll not be able to dig into the Travis stuff for a little while, but let me know if it'd help you to move ahead with merging anyway.
