I am unable to get it to work on chrome 15. You have not touched this since March this year.

Hmm, been working for me, Chrome 15.0. Do you get a Shellac context menu entry point, but no menu items other than Refresh?

Is the python server half running localhost:8783 (netstat -lnt)?

It was a proxy server setting. I fixed it.
