Problem description:
Open3mod works without problem after installation, but after reboot does not generate window upon launch. Icon appears in Taskbar, but cannot be expanded. Program's status in task manager is "running".
This cannot be solved via simple reinstallation or reinstallation with purging temporary folders and appData.
Only reinstallation after previously metioned remowings, wiping all records including "open3mod" from registry and system reboot helps. Howewer, after next reboot situation repeats.
