Unhandled exception when trying to overwrite texture files #162

Steps to reproduce: 1: File -> Sample scenes -> Spider 2: Tools -> Export 3: Choose directory in output path where spider.obj is located 4: Tick on "Copy textures to sub-folder" 5: Click "Export"

Result: Exception as files are already in use
