Unhandled exception when trying to open settings dialog in Installer-less version #169

environment: windows 7(x64), installer-less version

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch standalone version of application
  2. Click "open settings dialog" on aplication toolbar or go 'tools' -> 'options'

Result: portable
