Description the Sidebar doesn't save the set size

Steps to reproduce

  1. start the program
  2. resize the sidebar
  3. close the program
  4. start the program

Actual result the size of the sidebar doesn't save (look pic.) side panel

Expected Result the size of the sidebar saves
