Incorrect maximizing the "Tips of the Day" window #187

Steps to Reproduce

  1. run the program
  2. press "?" button on main menu
  3. press "Tips of the Day"
  4. press "Maximize" button

Result

All controls remain in place without adaptive width and height adjustment.

Expected Result

The window has a fixed size, without the "Maximize" button and can't be resized.
