The settings dialog box moves behind the main window as the cursor moves to the sidebar area. #190

Steps to reproduce: 1.Open File->sample scenes->Jeep 2.Choose tab textures in the sidebar 3.Open settings in the main menu (Tools->Options) 4.Move the cursor to the sidebar area (under the texture name)

Result: The settings dialog box moves behind the main window Expected result:The settings dialog box should always be shown.

Environment: Windows 7 x86 SP1
