The hint "Please restart the application..." is not shown when the settings dialog box is reopened. #193

Steps to reproduce: 1.Open settings in the main menu (Tools->Options) 2.Choose tab rendering 3.Change the value of Multisampling then press "OK" 4.Reopen settings.

Result: The hint "Please restart the application to see all changes" is not shown. Expected result: The hint should be shown.

Environment: Windows 7 x86 SP1
