Steps to reproduce:
1.Open settings in the main menu (Tools->Options)
2.Choose tab rendering
3.Set the value of "Texture Filter" to "Linear" or "None" quality then press "OK"
4.Restart the programm
5.Open any 3D model
6.Enable textures in 3D view(View->Textures)
Result: The textures not shown in 3D view.
Expected result: The textures shown in 3D view with linear texture filter or without texture filter.
Environment: Windows 10 x64 1703
