3d view panel doesn’t displayed correctly when user change view #81

Priority: Low Procefure:

  1. View - Two 3D Views
  2. View - Full 3D View

Expected results: View panel is displayed in right top corner

Fact result: Panel is displayed in the same place where it was before 1
