UI Enhancement: camera panel is hidden when file is opened #96

Severity: Minor Environment: Windows 10 x64 Related to #77 Now: Camera panel (axis control, orbit etc.) is hidden after opening file. until you turn on fps counter or switch between different tabs or resize the window. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a file.
  2. Open another file. In the second (or third etc) tab there will be no camera panel.
  3. Switch between tabs. After that camera panels will become visible.

Suggested: a. Keep the camera panel in any case. b. Allow user to turn it on\off manually.
