128 kb/s even with Premium ARL #30

I saw a couple issues related to this. I upgraded to Premium, got a new ARL, and am still getting 128 only. There is no indication that the downloader is falling back to lower bitrates either - it's only by checking file sizes against known 320 files that I can confirm.

it looks like this hasn't been updated in a while so i doubt it'll get fixed

Rather use the deemix-py. No documentation though, so check __main__.py in repo for examples on usage if you want to use the API, its a very sophisticated library, otherwise just use the CLI.
