arangeEigenDeprecate works not like np.array #3

Seems like Eigen::VectorXd::LinSpaced function have issues with accuracy, so it works not like it was expected to.

Manually realized arangeEigen method, but still need to figure out what is wrong with deprecated realization.

There is no need to use Eigen::VectorXd::LinSpaced. arangeEigenDeprecate was removed in https://github.com/achains/Twist-n-Sync-CPP-Module/commit/8f51d85bb7583a845ea34c493406cd78f881eb07
