Live notifications #5

Need live notifications to show suggestions (predictive) or otherwise and also crucial statistics for mistakes etc

Currently working on the live notifications using a dbus server and signalling system

The difficulty is with dbus async calls for notifications, and building a system to do that, partially baked commit will be released soon
