Add timing information to enable more features #6

ability to detect really bad typing or really good typing and ask the user how or what is making that happen, if there has been no typing error for the last few minutes (or whatever) and there have been a lot of words typed (note that detecting action is important here), asking the user what enables that helps in awareness and reproducing that behaviour
