Add new event "GitHub Universe 2024 - Watch Party" to the meetups.

Add src/pages/meetups/2024/github-universe-2024-watch-party.mdx file with event details.

@svg153 Veo que estás trabajando en añadir un evento pero desde hoy ya no se gestionan a través de ficheros markdown.

He migrado todos los datos del proyecto a BBDD por lo que ya no vas a poder incluir eventos directamente por código 🙏.
