Unable to configure EXR correctly

I'm using version 4.2.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 and it seems that currencies are not being displayed properly. I've tried configuring USDBRL=X, EURBRL=X, BRL=X, and none of them are displaying the right values. Find my config file as follows:
