Add option to view merged groups #209

The new groups feature is great, but it would be useful to have an option to view several or all groups combined together. For example, if I put my equity positions in one group and my ETF positions in another, it would be nice to have a equity+ETF tab that had all of the positions in each of those groups together. Similarly, an "all positions" tab that merged all groups would be helpful to see the overall day change.

Right now I can do that by copying all of my positions into a bunch of different groups, but that becomes difficult to keep updated.
