Toggle to include Scout Box factions might be useful #10

Scout box comes with Kadesh ("kadesh") and Turanic Raiders ("turanic-raiders") factions. Maybe we want a toggle to show/not show them similar to expansion content?

Alternatively, and maybe better: always just show units/leaders/upgrades specific to the selected faction and offer a checkbox "show all factions" to still allow for mixed-faction play (as is supported right now)
