Config backward compatibility #8

I have added the function test_all_imports. It tests all import config in subdirectories of "data" without actually loading them in the data.base (but it does rewrite automatically generated csv files). That should be fine for now, I think. To automatically update older config to maintain compatibility is a huge task, so not gonna be done in the nearest future.

Sounds good. This issue is just a reminder for us, I agree we don't need it yet.
