Sorry for the délai  i just thinking about your message and i answer  before i forgettibg .I h1ve tis message all time I want synchronised  my accounts both .I didn't  know why  i have pue à screen shot of it .Can you tell me why? Frankly, I have no idea. It's been going on for months, I can't connect to synchronize my PSN account with my other accounts whether it's steam xbox anyone anything. And that gives me a message telling me that service is not available.
