It will require gmail account and card detail I have already used my account to Appstore and Google play store. In my opinion you should create these account with your gmail account For google play store https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/#

For appstore https://appleid.apple.com/account#!&page=create

Ok... This is not a priority but i will take care of it. It is assigned to me The goal is to close all the defect by 5/31
