Set most field size to 60 char but skills to 300 chars

Are you asking for each skill's length set to 300 ?

Please Reply on this ,It is not clear to me . Do you want to set other field's length to 60 and Skill fields's length 300 ?

Yes and email message fields and Skills 300 and the other fields to 60 will be fine

Not every field can have max length 60 like Salary from Salary To,Phone Number.We should apply validation on the number of Skills like User can enter upto x number of Skills

it makes sens for numbers for skills Set let us make about 20 words ( skills or tools ) -- not show how many chars is that. Please rephrase
